Refund policy

At Sirius by Jessica, your skin's safety always comes first.

Because our products are face and body care items that come into direct contact with skin, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, scent preference, or general dissatisfaction once an order has been placed. This applies whether the product is sealed or opened. It's a hygiene standard we hold ourselves to, for your protection and ours.

The only exception: damaged or defective products.

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it — free of charge, no questions asked.

How it works:

  1. Report it within 24 hours of delivery. Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives so we can resolve any issue quickly.
  2. Send us proof — a clear photo of the damaged product, along with an unboxing video showing the package being opened. This helps us process your claim quickly and fairly.
  3. We'll send a free replacement of the exact same product once your claim is reviewed and approved. Sirius covers all shipping costs for damaged/defective replacements.

What counts as "damaged"?
Broken seals, leaking or shattered packaging, crushed tubes/jars, or a product that arrives visibly altered from manufacturing.

What to do:
Contact us at our number within 24 hours of delivery, with your order number, photo, and unboxing video attached. Our team will review and confirm your replacement.
